At XDiamondTools, we specialize in industrial diamond cutting tools for stone and masonry applications, manufactured and shipped directly from China. We are committed to providing reliable products and fair, transparent after-sales support.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Refund or return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Unless the issue is caused by product defect or shipping damage, returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Quality Related Requests
